TERMS & CONDITIONS

 Cornerstone Stage Group Ticketing Platform 

  1. Introduction and Contract Formation

1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all tickets purchased through the Cornerstone Stage Group ticketing platform (“Platform”) for events promoted by Cornerstone Stage Group (“Promoter”).
1.2 By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional event-specific conditions.
1.3 A contract for the supply of tickets is formed when payment is successfully processed and confirmed.
1.4 These Terms operate alongside the terms of the relevant venue and any applicable third-party ticketing/payment providers. 

  1. Ticket Purchase and Availability

2.1 All tickets are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time prior to purchase.
2.2 The Promoter does not guarantee availability until a booking is confirmed.
2.3 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud, unauthorised activity, or system abuse.
2.4 It is your responsibility to ensure all booking details are correct at the time of purchase. 

  1. Pricing,Feesand Payment  

3.1 Ticket prices are displayed in GBP and may include booking and processing fees.
3.2 Prices are subject to change at any time prior to purchase confirmation.
3.3 Full payment is required at the time of booking.
3.4 Payment Processing and Security
3.4.1 All payments made through the Platform are processed securely by third-party payment providers, including but not limited to Stripe Payments UK Ltd (“Stripe”).
3.4.2 The Promoter and Platform do not store, process, or have access to full payment card details at any time.
3.4.3 All sensitive payment information (including card numbers, CVV codes, and expiry dates) is collected and processed directly by Stripe in accordance with their security and compliance standards.
3.4.4 Payment transactions are encrypted and processed in compliance with applicable Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS).
3.4.5 By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your payment information is subject to Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy in addition to these Terms. 

  1. Tickets and Delivery

4.1 Tickets may be delivered electronically (e-ticket), via mobile QR code, or other approved methods.
4.2 You are responsible for safeguarding your ticket. Lost, stolen, or duplicated tickets may not be reissued.
4.3 Entry may be refused if a ticket has already been scanned or is deemed invalid. 

  1. Refunds, Cancellations and Postponements

5.1 Tickets are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable UK law. Customers may request a refund within twenty-four (24) hours of the original purchase time by contacting customerservice@cornerstonestagegroup.com. Refund requests submitted after this period may not be accepted. VVIP Tickets and VIP Tickets are strictly non-refundable except where required by law. Booking fees, transaction fees, processing fees, and any third-party charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. 

5.2 If an event is cancelled, you will be entitled to a refund of the ticket face value (excluding non-refundable booking fees unless required by law). 

5.3 If an event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. 

5.4 Refunds for postponements will only be issued where required by law or at the Promoter’s discretion. 

5.5 A “material change” (as defined under applicable law) may entitle you to a refund. 

  1. Event Changes and Line-Up

6.1 The Promoter reserves the right to make changes to artists, line-ups, timings, venue layout, and production without liability.
6.2 Changes to supporting acts, set times, or non-headline elements do not constitute a material change.
6.3 The Promoter will take reasonable steps to communicate significant changes where possible.  

  1. Resale and Transfer

7.1 Tickets are issued for personal use only and may not be resold for commercial gain.
7.2 Resale above face value or via unauthorised platforms is strictly prohibited.
7.3 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel tickets suspected of being resold in breach of these Terms.
7.4 Where permitted, tickets may be transferred between individuals for personal use only. 

  1. Fraud,Misuseand Invalid Tickets 

8.1 Tickets obtained fraudulently, duplicated, or purchased via unauthorised channels are void.
8.2 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or cancel any ticket suspected of fraud or system abuse.
8.3 No compensation or refund will be issued for invalid or cancelled tickets under this clause. 

  1. Entry Requirements and Venue Rules

9.1 Admission is subject to venue capacity, licensing conditions, and safety regulations.
9.2 The Promoter and/or venue reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who: 

    • behaves in a disorderly, abusive, or unsafe manner  
    • is under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol  
    • fails to comply with venue policies or security checks

9.3 Late arrival may result in delayed or refused entry at suitable breaks in performance.
9.4 Re-entry may not be permitted unless explicitly stated.  

  1. Security and Prohibited Items

10.1 Security searches, including bag checks, may be conducted.
10.2 Prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, professional recording equipment (unless authorised), and any items deemed unsafe by security.
10.3 Confiscated items will not be returned unless required by law or venue policy.  

  1. Health, Safety and Personal Risk

11.1 Attendance is at your own risk.
11.2 You must comply with all health and safety instructions issued by staff or venue representatives.
11.3 The Promoter shall not be liable for injury or loss except where caused by proven negligence. 

  1. Liability

12.1 The Promoter is not responsible for: 

    • travel, accommodation, or ancillary costs  
    • loss of enjoyment  
    • indirect or consequential losses

12.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or where such exclusion is prohibited by law.  

  1. Force Majeure

13.1 The Promoter is not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: 

    • extreme weather  
    • natural disasters  
    • government restrictions  
    • strikes  
    • public health emergencies

13.2 Events may be cancelled or rescheduled due to such circumstances.  

  1. Media, Recording and Publicity

14.1 Events may be filmed, photographed, or recorded.
14.2 By attending, you consent to being recorded and used in promotional materials without compensation. 

  1. Data Protection 

15.1 Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
15.2 The Platform may share limited personal data (such as name, email address, and order details) with third-party service providers, including Stripe, for the purpose of payment processing and transaction fulfilment.
15.3 The Promoter and Platform do not store or have access to sensitive payment card data at any time.
15.4 Stripe acts as an independent data controller for payment processing data as required under its own legal obligations.
15.5 Personal data is only shared with venues and operational partners where necessary to deliver the event.  

  1. Governing Law

16.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
16.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.  

  1. Consumer Rights

17.1 Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. 

  1. Entire Agreement

18.1 These Terms represent the entire agreement between the customer and the Promoter in relation to ticket purchase, subject to applicable law and venue rules.
